Art (music, drawing, painting, movement, drama, stories ...) enables self-expressing and can reveal the one's inner-strength and abilities. Through artistic activities, different personal, academic and professional challenges can be found. Also one can explore different solutions through emotional, intellectual and physical balance which we also gain through art.
It is very important to achieve better perception, observation, sensation and awareness through training. Art-therapists do that by constant training. Only when art-therapist gives more definite shape to his/her own perception, senses quality, when develops identity (Me, myself) and certain level of behavior, only than he/she will be able to spread knowledge, information to others.
For those who work with traumatized people and want to use methods of art-therapy main thing to comprehend is: “I need to learn many things about myself!“ Diagnosis in art-therapy is the result of observation and perception of creative work (final product). Besides good perception, art-therapist need to show respect and love toward ,,life“, artistic works and their creators. In art-therapy there is no diagnostic knowledge without love, respect and self-knowledge. Goal is to help, not to criticize what we see and have to be aware that something what we see is a temporary state of mental and emotional expression.
Education can be organized for schools, organizations and specific participants’ groups.
