Educative Program

Amica Educa  has been implementing the Educative Program from the beginning of its work including seminars on different topics regarding psycho-social and pedagogical work
These seminars are assigned for social workers, educational worker, psychologists, pedagogues, special educational teachers and to all others who work with people in state of psycho-social need. Students (from different professional areas) whose major is psychology, pedagogy, special education etc., recognize these seminars as a valuable edition to formal education, and emphasize that they are critical in gaining practical experience which is needed for the future independent work of these students. Seminars contribute a lot to further potential developing of seminar’s attendants. By contributing to further development of participants' potential and by making possible for them to recognize and meet their own needs, these approaches have positive effects to individuals and also give them support in the process of education system reform and social care system reform. Considering that these seminars are non-formal type of education they are sketched as:

  1. organized process with educational objectives
  2. participatory and participants-oriented
  3. preparation for and contribution to active citizenship
  4. established on individual as well as collective learning with the collective approach
  5. integral and process-oriented approach
  6. based on experience and work and focused on participants’ needs.

By complementing each other, formal, nonformal and informal education jointly strengthen the elements of lifelong learning process.

Amica Educa organizes these seminars and they are well known and recognized as skilled education by Pedagogical Institute Tuzla.

These seminars include following topics:

  • Nonviolent communication
  • Creative expressive painting
  • Family dynamic
  • Dances of universal peace
  • Art-therapy
