Creative expressive painting (according to Arno Stern and Bettine Egger) is non-verbal way of expressing one's feelings, needs, wishes of inner world. This method is so practical for expressing our experiences on which we do not want or are not ready to talk about. It is also helping us to express our sub-consciousness through paper and colors and in that way decreases psychological overburdening. By becoming a part of process of creative expressive painting we learn how to deal with our inner critics more bravely and effectively, how to deal with our feelings of emptiness, fear, tediousness and how to heal those hidden places inside ourselves which are in constant fight against its longing for expression.
You will gain back your enthusiasm and new impulse to try different things to experiment, make mistakes, in other words you will awake your creative senses. You will be able to find out how to unscramble those hidden messages inside your body and feelings.
From our inner self we get pictures and feelings. Those pictures and feelings define our acceptance, the way that we behave, interrelate (relationships) with others, and bring up our activities: form our access to the outside world. By creating, we experience our inner strength and finding of inner peace and power. Need for this kind of feeling is important especially these days when our life is under so much pressure. Seminars about creative expressing through paining are suitable for people with different experience in painting, for those who have never painted with brush and are saying that they are not creative enough or that they do not know how to paint, but also for experienced artists who benefit especially when they lose the passion to paint. However, seminars are especially suitable for professionals on psychology, pedagogy, teaching, social workers, special education teachers (ECT). They apply obtained knowledge and skills directly to practice. All through seminars, themes are not just about painting, they include much more.
