Dances of universal peace are collection of more than 500 dances, inspired by big spiritual movements of Planet Earth – through all cultures, religions and traditions which without any doubt, each on its own way, connect voice and sound with consciousness of body and breathing. In the center of dances of universal peace is person's outer and inner peace. Here we find combination of dancing and singing of spiritual words (mantra), from all known religions of the world. Connection of breathing, sound and movements initiates activity of complete healing. With their simplicity and profoundness, the dances are accessible to anyone without prejudices; women and men, children and individuals with special needs.
Body, spirit, and soul are brought to harmony through joined singing, rhythmical movements, and conscious breathing. Hand in hand, all around the world, people of all ages from different cultures dance together and by doing that they contribute to “peace through art“ which is main vision of Murshid Samuell Lewis, founder of this orientation.
Dances are successfully integrated into different therapies when one is working with mentally ill people or in pedagogic practice. Healing effect is especially noticed during the work with traumatized people. Those who have suffered terribly are very depressed, but through connection with Earth, Earth's elements, through singing of spiritual words of one's own or different religion and tradition, can easily set free of all that burden and get instant relief.

Since the 70s, dances of universal peace developed network all around the world in every segment of our living and working. They are substantiation of life, creative contribution of individual developing, healing, intercultural understanding and they give active contribution to peace generally.
