Program Of Support To Individual And Family

Every day we are more and more exposed to pressure, deadlines, tensed relationships between people, people have no understanding; there is insecurity, uncertainty, aggressive behaviors, unemployment... Due to all these factors many people suffer from anxiety, insomnia, constant agitation, heart problems, headache, overweight, bad concentration, low self-confidence....

All these symptoms of stress can be:

  1. prevented: We are not always able to stop the harmful effects of these stress causes, but we can change our reaction. To do this it is necessary to learn techniques for overcoming stress (relaxation, dealing with ourselves, organizing our time, support, help etc.) in order for us to choose the most suitable technique next time when we are in stress. That is the way to reduce the hormone of stress and to easily handle more things that life brings.
  2. cured: In overcoming the stress one needs to do the following steps: determine who or what causes the stress and how to react, avoid the causes of stress which can be avoided, apply techniques which help in constructive reaction on the cause of stress.
