The physical part of Yoga consists of Asana exercises and the positions that develop one's body and Pranayama – breathing exercises. Special attention in Yoga exercises is paid to the spine, which higher elasticity does not result just in good health; it results in successful suppression of many difficulties which people in this modern age suffer from.
Pranayama is good for the breathing difficulties. Controlled techniques of breathing activate breast muscles which otherwise, are not active. Lungs are filled up to its full capacity and oxygen taking is improved. Blood is cleared of toxins, and lungs are expanded and stronger.
